Bradley J. Barmen joined Haber Polk Kabat, LLP in February of 2008. Brad’s practice includes representing clients in complex commercial, labor and employment, and real estate litigation. Brad also represents several Ohio-based trucking and logistics firms relative to PUCO regulations and state and federal DOT compliance. Brad has extensive trial experience at both the state and municipal court level, and has also handled numerous arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings. Daniel M. Connell joined Haber Polk Kabat, LLP as an Associate in November of 2005. Dan has extensive civil litigation experience, including experience in employment disputes and commercial matters. Dan has served clients from the public and private sectors, as well as individuals and non-profit organizations. In the employment law arena, Dan has handled cases involving retaliation; discrimination on the basis of age, sex, religion, pregnancy, race and national origin; defamation; tortious interference; and wrongful discharge in violation of public policy. Dan also advises clients on a variety of legal matters they encounter in the business and employment contexts, including executive employment agreements, covenants not to compete, collective bargaining issues, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
